In my headcanon, this scene was originally written to take place in a toilet bowl, but they couldn’t get away with that, probably not even today. The scrambled eggs and the oatmeal are suggestively Wet And Messy, however.
And don’t think for a second that Concepción doesn’t know her tiny employer is down there while she’s dumping waste on top of her.
